Work lives in WhatsApp

Instructions scroll away. Nobody can say what was asked, when it was due, or whether it was ever finished.

Appraisals are arguments

Once a year, from memory, usually about the last six weeks. The quiet performer loses and everybody knows it.

Managers are never measured

Your team gets marked down for delays their own approvals caused. That is how a workforce stops believing any number you show them.

Look around a real factory’s workspace — right now

How it works

Running by this afternoon

1

Create your workspace

Company name, email, password. Two minutes. You get the full Growth plan free for 14 days.

2

Add your team

Name, role and manager for each person. Your reporting line becomes the approval chain and the org chart.

3

Assign the first job

Due date, priority, done. Reminders go out by themselves, and the first scores appear as work is verified.

A printable user manual with a picture of every screen comes with it, for training your team: download the user manual (PDF).

What chasing costs you

Put in your own numbers

Every manager spends part of the day asking “is it done?”. Here is what that time costs you today, against what Domebox costs for a team your size.

Fair by design

A score your team will believe

Most performance software produces a number nobody can argue with because nobody can see where it came from. Every figure here traces back to a named task, a date and a person.

The formula

Score = how well you delivered × how much you delivered

On time 45%, right first time 30%, nothing left late 25% — each task weighted by its priority. Ten jobs with seven on time beats one easy job done well, because the rate is credited against the load actually carried. A working day late costs 10 points on that task; a send-back costs 25.

Managers are measured too

Sit on an approval past two working days and you lose score for it — counted from the moment it reached your desk.

Leave and weekends are never lateness

Weekends and a person’s own approved leave are left out everywhere a day is counted.

Nobody wears somebody else’s slip

If the stage before yours overran, your deadline moves with it. You get back the days the plan gave you.

timer
A slow checker never costs the doer

You are timed until you hand the work in, not until somebody gets round to checking it.

One score, everywhere

The dashboard, the leaderboard, the reports and the appraisal all show the same number. Half of the appraisal is the manager’s rating of KRAs and behaviour; half is this record.

Pricing

Simple pricing. Every feature on every paid plan.

You pay for the size of your team, not for features, and the price per person falls as you grow. Start with 14 days of the full Growth plan, free — no card.

Prices in INR. Any tax is shown before you pay. Upgrade any time during your trial and the days you have left are added on. If the trial ends without a plan, the workspace moves to Free — nothing is deleted. Need a few more seats than a band allows? Extra seats are ₹149 per user a month.

Questions

Questions buyers ask

How long does it take to set up?

An afternoon. Create the workspace, add your people with their manager, and assign the first jobs. There is nothing to install — it runs in the browser on a computer or a phone.

Will my team actually use it?

Staff see only their own work, what to do first, and their own score, with reminders by email. A printable manual with a picture of every screen comes with it, and Help inside the app opens on whatever page you are on.

Is our data safe? Can other companies see it?

Every company gets its own private workspace. Nothing is shared between workspaces and nothing is public. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, and every change is recorded with a name and a time.

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

If you choose a plan, nothing changes. If you do not, the workspace moves to the Free plan — 5 people and 100 tasks a month. Nothing is deleted and everybody can still sign in.

Do we get an invoice?

Yes. Fill in your company details (and GSTIN, if you have one) under Plans before paying, and an invoice is emailed the moment the payment goes through. Every invoice stays under Plans → Invoices.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, in any phone browser. The board, priority list, meetings and scores all work on a small screen.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Move up as your team grows; renewing early adds to the time you already have rather than replacing it.

How is the score kept fair?

Lateness is counted in working days, approved leave is left out, a slow checker never counts against the doer, and work handed in is never counted as late. Anyone can open “See why” and check every number.

Rather talk it through?

Leave your number and we will call you back within one working day — to walk you through it with your own process in mind, or to set up a larger company.
